Kemenkumham Pastikan Penghuni Rutan Pondok Bambu Bebas Corona Covid-19
Beritaenak.net – Kemenkumham Pastikan Penghuni Rutan Pondok Bambu Bebas Corona Covid-19 – Ditjen Pemasyarakatan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM memastikan seluruh warga binaan pemasyarakatan (WBP) yang menghuni Rutan Pondok Bambu, Jakarta Timur terbebas dari virus corona Covid-19.
Kabag Humas dan Protokol Ditjen PAS Rika Apriyanti memastikan seluruh penghuni Rutan Pondok Bambu sudah menjalani tes cepat atau rapid test dan PCR. Termasuk mantan Menteri Kesehatan Siti Fadilah Supari.
“Semua petugas dan WBP Rutan Pondok Bambu telah dilakukan rapid test dan PCR (SWAB), termasuk Siti Fadillah dan hasilnya negatif,” ujar Rika dalam keterangannya, Selasa (26/5/2020).
Rika menyebut, dari hasil rapid test dan PCR, ada yang menunjukan hasil positif Covid-19. Hanya saja, Rika tak merinci waktu pemeriksaan dan berapa jumlah penghuni Rutan Pondok Bambu yang psotif Covid-19.
“Mereka yang positif Covid-19 telah dilakukan perawatan dan pengobatan di luar Rutan Pondok Bambu, yaitu di RS Pengayoman dan RS Wisma Atlit. Jadi, semua petugas dan WBP yang ada di Rutan Pondok Bambu saat ini adalah dalam kondisi negatif Covid,” kata Rika.
Minta Fadilah Dibebaskan
Sebelumnya, Ketua DPP Partai Demokrat, Andi Arief menyesalkan penempatan mantan menteri Kesehatan Siti Fadilah Supari yang dikembalikan ke rutan Bambu, Jakarta Timur setelah menjalani perawatan di RSPAD Gatot Subroto. Sebab, daerah tersebut merupakan zona merah Covid-19.
“Mengembalikan Siti Fadilah Supari ke Penjara Pondok Bambu menunjukkan ada persepsi tidak seragam soal kedaruratan wabah Corona saat ini yang sudah menyebabkan 50 orang positif Corona di Penjara Pondok Bambu,” kata Andi lewat keterangannya, Selasa (26/5/2020).
Andi ingin Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yassona Laoly menggunakan diskresi terhadap seorang ibu berusia lebih 70 tahun dengan berbagai penyakit bawaan yang berpotensi terpapar corona di penjara.
“Ibu Siti Fadilah bukan koruptor dan penjahat besar. Ada banyak jasanya dalam sistem kesehatan Indonesia,” ucapnya.
Andi juga menyesalkan soal Kemenkumham yang mempertanyakan izin wawancara Deddy Corbuzier kepada Siti saat dirumah sakit beberapa waktu lalu. Menurut dia, negara sebaiknya tidak mengharuskan ada izin dan melarang dokumentasi.
“Apalagi isi yang dibicarakan merupakan pengetahuan dan informasi untuk publik, yang sangat berguna bagi rakyat dan pemerintah dalam menghadapi wabah Corona,” kata Andi.
“Kalau kita ingat terpidana pembunuh Antasari Azhar pernah dibebaskan bicara ditonton saat wawancara dengan salah satu stasiun TV,” ujar dia.
